Braemar & The Gathering. Saturday 03rd September

This trip has an early start due to the times for the Gathering itself. Tickets are not included and can be purchased in advance or on the day itself. Ticket sales for 2021 will not open until 1st May 2021, and from this date we will open the coach to reservations too.

Scotland’s premier Highland Games - The Braemar Highland Gathering takes place in the little village of Braemar on Royal Deeside. This incredibly special event has a long and noble history. It has taken place here, in one form or another, for over 900 years. Today it is a World-famous celebration of traditional dancing, music and sportsmanship.
 
HM The Queen is the patron of the Braemar Highland Gathering and traditionally attends the event with members of the Royal Family who are holidaying at nearby Balmoral Castle. Enjoy watching tug of war, tossing the caber and many more fantastic spectacles throughout the day.
